Confidence and Resilience Building

Confidence, managing difficult  emotions, working through unhelpful and critical thoughts- are all skills. That means they can be learned and strengthened over time with practice. When we build these tools early, we're better able to navigate life's ups and downs, and can show up as more confident and compassionate versions of ourselves.

In 7 weeks we will cover topics, such as:
- Understanding emotions, like fear
- Unhelpful thoughts like "I'm not good enough" and what we can do
- Building confidence and managing social comparison
- Mindfulness and calming the nervous system
- Habits that support a healthy mind

Classes are designed to be relaxed, fun and engaging, whilst building new skills!
Workshops will be run in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and based on interest, online too.
